職務内容
- 会社の各製品（取引、資産運用、量的取引、ソーシャルなど）の計画と設計を主導または参加する；
- 製品の既存の問題と挑戦を洞察し、業界の発展傾向と組み合わせて、新しい価値追加シナリオとニーズを掘り下げ、製品の競争力を高める；
- 各方面のリソースを調整し、製品の設計と開発の着地を効率的に推進し、使用フィードバックとデータ状況を追跡し、継続的に改善する；
- ユーザー行動を継続的に調査・分析し、製品ライフサイクル全体にわたって持続可能なユーザーエクスペリエンスデザインを提供し、アプリ製品のユーザーエクスペリエンスを向上させる。
職務要件
- 2年以上のインターネット製品マネージャーとしての実務経験があり、Cエンドの成功した製品デザイン事例があること；
- システマティックな製品計画デザイン能力を持ち、プロジェクトの着地を強力に推進する能力、卓越した協同作業と問題解決能力を有する；
- 主要な製品デザインツールを熟知し、Axure、Officeなどのソフトウェアツールを熟練して使用し、詳細なPRD文書の作成、プロトタイプデザインを完了できる；
- 性格が活発で論理が明確で、自分の考えと見解を明確に表現でき、他部門の同僚とのコミュニケーションが得意である；
- 金融、証券、先物取引業界に精通していることが望ましく、金融・証券業界に強い関心がある。
