Who We Are:
Okcoin is on a mission to make crypto investing and trading more accessible to all individuals and institutions around the world. We are building the next generation of tools and investment products to help on board the investors and traders who are embracing the digital financial future.
- Ensure a timely response to institutional client's business inquiries
- Liaise between the clients and internal teams to address client's requests and needs
- Responsible for working with Sales to onboard and integrating new clients and deepening existing client relationships
- Drive internal process improvement for better customer engagement and service delivery
- Collecting and analysing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs and operational procedures improvements
- Cutting-edge technology and trends in the global Crypto Industry from the best-in-class crypto exchange
- Key skills behind managing client relationships and assisting sales processes at an international, tier-1 Crypto exchange
- Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally. Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
- Interest in the Crypto/Blockchain industry
- Strong understanding of traditional finance/crypto products such as spot, futures, perps, and options
