You are passionate about the world of web3 and understand the dynamics and playbooks.

**What you will be working on:

• Working hand-in-hand with the Head of Marketing to initiate, strategize and execute various campaigns and product launches and ensure maximum outreach.
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular (weekly & monthly) feedback on social presence and propose strategies to the team
• Drive social engagement by managing social media channels & campaigns (Twitter, Discord, Telegram)
• Oversee and manage our social media accounts and act as the main person to interact with, add value, moderate, and grow our social following on all social channels.
• Support engagement, sentiment, and retention by driving community activations e.g. AMAs, giveaways, game nights, partner collabs

**What we look for in you:

• At least 1 year experience managing marketing and community team with crypto & NFT
• Experience with Telegram, Twitter, Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube is essential.
• Proficient in Growth Strategies
  
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
  
• Superb time management skills.
• Appetite to take ownership - we are a small team, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision is essential
• Passion for metaverse, blockchain, or NFT are a huge plus.
• Team player: Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams to make things happen.
