Are you frustrated with the current state of Web3? Do you see something much bigger than crypto kittens and bored apes? Techstars is looking for a servant leader to guide, select and invest in the next generation of crypto companies across distributed finance, social, clean-tech, entertainment and more.Â
We are seeking either a Managing Director (MD) or Investment Principal (IP) who can take the helm and lead our Techstars Boston Web3 investment strategy and program. Your focus is to invest in the best diverse founders and support them from ideation to exit. You will actively recruit, select, mentor and guide founders through challenges, critical decisions, strategy, tactics, securing investment, making hard decisions and celebrating their wins. You will be directly supported by a team who you will help hire to execute the Techstars proven playbook and deliver the best possible experience for Founders in your program.
