THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We're hiring our first technical recruiter to execute against our hiring plan and accomplish our talent acquisition strategy. You'll help us achieve our ambitious hiring goal to more than double our team. You'll be working on sourcing, pitching, and building a pipeline of talented and diverse candidates while creating a great employer brand.

What you'll be doing.

• You'll establish our employer brand to attract, educate and advise candidates on the value proposition of Floating Point Group
• You'll actively work on building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline by implementing sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates
• You'll manage the end to end recruitment process and coordination, using the Applicant Tracking System for our candidates, this includes setting the interview plan, scheduling interviews, monitoring interviewer feedback, etc.
• Drive candidates through the recruitment process in a timely manner to ensure an exceptional candidate experience – we care about the experience of all candidates that apply to us, whether they're right for the role or not.
• You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop strategies and then execute them.
• Influencing business leaders and educating hiring managers on process, interview best practices and decision making
• You'll constantly improve our process of attracting, engaging, interviewing and closing hiring positions.
• Own relationships with business leaders, managing the recruiting relationship through regular, data supported, business review conversations

Talent comes from a variety of backgrounds. We aren’t rigid. However, the person we’re looking for may have a resume something like this:

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of technical recruiting
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top tech companies and out of top technical colleges
• Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
• You are scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no guidance
• You can think on your feet, but with enough humility to ask questions
• You use a data driven approach to drive recruitment strategy and to continuously improve the hiring process.
• You have a track record of building diverse teams and equitable recruiting processes.
• You use a creative approach to take on challenges and find candidates for unique and niche roles.
• You are interested or you're an active or aspiring user of cryptocurrency / blockchain based products and nothing excites you more than having a chance to bring those products into the world.
• You live by the mission of a more scalable, programmatic, and decentralized vision of the future of finance.
