Are you passionate about movies and connecting with like-minded fans? Our team is looking for a talented and experienced community lead to help grow and engage a community of movie enthusiasts. As a Community Manager, you'll foster relationships through creative initiatives and thoughtful support while contributing to a vibrant, fun, and engaging space for film lovers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for storytelling with community-building expertise. You'll have the chance to interact with innovative Cryptography researchers and work alongside talented teammates while nurturing a growing blockchain-powered movie community.

Requirements

Moderate and ensure the rules of our various social platforms are followed, creating a safe and welcoming environment for movie buffs.

Manage Discord/Telegram channels, bringing movie discussions to life, and execute community initiatives.

Engage with users in meaningful conversations about their favorite films, genres, and upcoming releases to create an active and positive atmosphere.

Troubleshoot and assist with bots, integrations, and other technical dependencies for Discord/Telegram.

Build camaraderie with our user base by sharing in the joy of movie fandom through genuine interactions.

Provide community support through Discord/Telegram and address user needs proactively.

Manage a support ticketing system to assist users across various products.

Experience building and managing communities, especially around shared interests like film.

Familiarity with Web3 communities and technologies.

Proficiency in setting up Discord/Telegram bots and integrations.

Background in customer service/success with a focus on meaningful interactions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster connections and conversations.

A genuine love for movies and the ability to bring that passion into every interaction.

This is an in person role - we are in the office
