Principal UX Designer
The Polysign team is searching for an experienced design leader who can own the product design, and UX strategy across multiple products. We’re a fast growing startup and we need to move our design function from a part time contractor to a in-house dedicated team.
As our first UX designer, we’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, lead design on individual features or verticals and make design decisions in a role with plenty of room to grow. The ideal candidate is a passionate designer who is comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and rally them around innovative solutions that delight our users.

Very ambitious folks whose goal is to democratize finance by building the financial digital infrastructure for planet earth thereby enabling people in emerging economies to participate in the global economy.
Founded in 2017, PolySign has luminaries in both the cryptocurrency and financial services spaces working to solve the biggest problem in crypto. PolySign is co-founded by Arthur Britto, a co-founder of Ripple, a recognized leader in payments technology.
In April 2022, Polysign acquired MG Stover, a fund administration company specialized in hedge, private equity, venture capital, and digital crypto funds.
What you'll do:
In this role, you will be responsible for the product design, and UX strategy across three crypto centric services.
- Design flows and experiences that are intuitive and elegant.
- Execute on a master level with an eagle eye for detail.
- Give feedback on product strategy and design work to continually push the level of quality on the team.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering leaders to deliver a world class experience to our users.
- Drive defining a design system to be used across multiple products and platforms
- Process Improvement / Financial Infrastructure: Continuously develop systems and processes. Evaluate current processes, identify best practices, develop plans to reach goals and implement improvements.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design in a product company.
- Experience designing for financial applications is a must
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and collaborate with cross functional leadership.
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build').
- Experience in building and shipping applications or software with a deep understanding of platform guidelines and best practices.
- Must have a portfolio featuring examples of design work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of or experience with Digital Asset applications and crypto wallets is a huge plus.
