About this role:

We are looking for a Product Designerwith very strong visual design skills to join our talented multidisciplinary design team. If you are someone who is passionate about crypto and interested in designing a best-in-class experience for a cutting-edge crypto product based on data and insights from real people, we’d like to hear from you.You will be involved in all aspects of the product design process with a strong focus on UI, and you will be threading design and business thinking together to deliver original human-centric solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Work side-by-side with a product designer (UX), product managers, and engineers to bring to life a complex crypto product.
• Create high-fidelity designs based on the low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes ensuring all interactions are intuitive and adhere to the brand guidelines.
• Participate in regular design reviews where you’ll seek out specific feedback on your designs and incorporate it in the next iteration.
• Effectively communicate your designs to engineers and other key stakeholders.

• Deliver final assets with detailed design documentation.
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in design thinking workshops.

What you need to be good in this role:

• 3+ years ofexperience designing digital products or services that balance user needs, business objectives, and technological constraints (and have a portfolio to prove it).
• Have a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Possess a fantastic visual sense.
• Know Figma inside out.
• Familiar with UX best practices and methodologies.
• Familiar with the Agile software development process.
• Have experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Have superbtime management and communication skills.
• Passionate about crypto.
