Our blockchain-powered game integrates education, strategy, and real-world rewards, creating an innovative experience for students and players worldwide.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to build, grow, and engage our community across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other platforms. You will be the face of our community, ensuring a strong, engaged, and educated player base while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
Engage & Grow the Community ā Actively interact with users, answer questions, and encourage discussions.
Content & Engagement Strategy ā Develop and execute campaigns, contests, AMAs, and events to increase engagement.
Support & Education ā Help onboard new players, explain NFT mechanics, and provide resources.
Moderation & Security ā Monitor channels, prevent spam/scams, and enforce community guidelines.
Feedback & Reporting ā Gather user feedback, report insights to the development team, and help improve the game.
Collaborate with Marketing & Partnerships ā Support social media initiatives and influencer collaborations.
Requirements
Crypto & NFT Knowledge ā Strong understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and Web3 gaming.
Community Management Experience ā Proven track record managing online communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc.).
Excellent Communication Skills ā Ability to engage, moderate, and build relationships with users.
Creativity & Problem-Solving ā Can develop unique campaigns and address community concerns effectively.
Bonus: Experience with Play-to-Earn (P2E) games, DeFi, and DAOs.
