Product Manager Web3 Jobs in North America

Job Description

nWay is currently looking for a Product Manager to support the Product Owner in launching and scaling a brand new Web 3.0 game with an innovative blockchain integration. The ideal candidate has worked with cross-functional teams to define business goals and translate those goals into product requirements and design specifications. The individual must be data-driven and result-focused and must competently render user data into actionable insights to be applied back in the game development to ensure product optimization and ultimately commercial success of the game.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in managing the product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features in alignment with business goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to define product specifications, establish milestones, and direct the development, implementation, and evolution of new features and optimizations
• Identify key opportunities for growth through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Partner with the analytics team to run experiments and perform assessments as part of optimization strategy
• Monitor competitive landscape to stay on top of market trends and industry best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer mobile or game development
• 1+ years of web3 experience
• Passion for emerging blockchain gaming and NFT trends
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues.
• Stakeholder management skills to work successfully with engineering and design to ensure that functionality is delivered on time and with best quality in the market
• Comfortable with and adaptable to change. We work in an innovative fast-growth environment where products and processes evolve rapidly.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Amplitude
• Experience running live-ops and engagement events in games

Pluses

• Strong understanding of mobile F2P games
• Experience working with a remote development team
• Previous startup experience
