Web3 Product Manager - Crypto Metaverse

Building on the Solana network with mass adoption in mind, we are creating a web-based 3D open world with varying levels of gamification integrated as well as opportunities for users to monetise via ownership of digital assets and social interaction. Our goal is to empower creators and communities to build, play, and earn — a world where users of all backgrounds can chart their journeys into a world beyond the physical.

We are looking for a passionate top-class Product Manager who can help bring our vision into reality. What you will be doing:

• Work closely with CTO, VP of Engineering, designers, game producers, and engineers to manage and implement our open world metaverse experiences.
• Own and drive a rapidly scaling product roadmap
• Manage Backlog and drive product development using agile methodology.
• Actively seek user feedback to focus on solving problems
• Demonstrate a data-driven approach to product decisions along the product development lifecycle
• Track, measure, analyse and communicate relevant KPIs as well as product development progress to key stakeholders
• Manage and support new Product Launches in collaboration with other departments: Marketing, Ops, Business Development & Engineering

What we look for in you:

• 5+ years in technical product management or product owner role, working closely with both businesses and developers in data-driven B2B/B2C initiatives and consumer-facing experience (preferably gaming, advertising, cloud, or data infrastructure)
• Structured and organised written/verbal communication
• Highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to context-switch efficiently from - understanding the user's need to getting into the implementation detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
• Start-up experience in fast-paced environments working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Passion for building a 0-1 metaverse that onboards millions of web2 users to web3!

Bonus point if:

• Web3 Product experience.
• You’re familiar and interested in the crypto ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, identity, staking, or more).
• You speak and write in Korean.
