We're looking for an experienced Head of Growth with an enthusiasm for building communities, driving virality, and creating relationships. This individual will lead our growth strategy to bring us to 1,000,000 monthly users.

Responsibilities - Define and iterate on growth strategy in coordination with executive team - Ideate on product features to drive step-function changes in virality and adoption - Identify potential growth loops where existing/available data is scarce - Identify potential partners and stakeholders in the community to help grow our brand

Desired Experience - Experience driving a platform's adoption through hypergrowth - Basic understanding of creator economy, cryptocurrency, or collectibles industries
