We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to work closely with our Content team to reach their organization goals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing full circle HR support to our content team which includes areas such as Talent Review, Performance Management and Talent Development.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Partner with team leads and employees to establish strong work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Promote the transparent, fair and comprehensive performance assessment principles.
• Provide performance management guidance to line managers.
• Provide support to BUs relating to OD, Performance and TD for the effective growth of rapidly expanding function.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
• Partner with the senior HRBP to offer solutions and ensure HR policies are in line with business goals.
• Implement and contribute to global HR projects and improve processes.
• Gate keeper of data accuracy to ensure employees data are handled in an efficient manner. 
• Ensure employee communication is handled timely and effectively.
• Works closely with HR Ops to improve onboarding experience and boost employee engagement.
• Other related job tasks as assigned by the leaders.

Key requirements

• Bachelor degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR.
• Fluent English language skill is a must.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese languages preferred, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders across the company.
• Working knowledge of HR operations including new-hire on-boarding, facilitating performance evaluation and data consolidation and analysis.
• Capable communication skills and a problem solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet task deadlines.
• Desired type of professional: detail oriented, organized, self-initiative and collaborative.
