The Role:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who lives and breathes crypto. You’ll be our frontline operator—plugged into Crypto Twitter, active in trading circles, and ready to do whatever it takes to grow Bullet’s user base and deepen engagement. You’ll work across content, support, onboarding, and business development.

What You’ll Do:

• Activate your network of traders to drive adoption and feedback
• Create native, resonant content for CT and DeFi communities
• Lead onboarding and support for high-value users and partners
• Coordinate and execute grassroots BD campaigns and collabs
• Relay user and market feedback to product and engineering
• Manage or assist community channels, events, and partnerships
• Help build product features for growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep roots in the crypto trading and DeFi ecosystem
• Fluent in Crypto Twitter culture, memes, and market meta
• Has proven themselves in building a personal following
• Comfortable jumping between content, support, ops and BD
• Clear communicator and self-starter with founder-mindset energy
• Bonus: Experience at a CEX, DEX, or DeFi protocol
• Bonus: Skilled in short-form video creation/editing (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience managing/leading a team
