Tasks
Responsibilities:
¡ Handling of AML/KYC file reviews to ensure full compliance with regulatory standardsâŻâŻ
¡ Research on economic backgrounds of transactions in line with KYC profileâŻ
¡ Review of unusual transactions detected by the AML monitoring systemâŻ
¡ Implement potential remediation measures where appropriateâŻ
¡ Mitigate and escalate critical cases to second line of defense
Requirements
Experience:
¡ Resident of Switzerland
¡ Fluent in English, German is a plus
¡ Min. 3âŻyears of PQE as Compliance Officer and VSB 20
¡ Completed MLaw and/or relevant compliance certification
¡ In-depth experience of AML alerts and review of KYC onboarding documentation
