About the Role

Stakin is a non-custodial infrastructure provider for Proof-of-Stake blockchains. Stakin serves institutional crypto players, foundations, custodians, exchanges as well as a large community of individual token holders. The company provides services on 30+ blockchain networks including Ethereum, Cosmos, Solana, Polygon, Polkadot, Near and more. In total 12,000+ delegators have trusted over $1b+ in assets with Stakin. As a Protocol Wizard, you will work closely with our Marketing team on building and representing Stakin to new users and existing delegators across different network communities. If not already you will be gaining thorough knowledge of some of the Proof-of-Stake networks on which Stakin operates. You will proactively engage with communities and token holders to help them troubleshoot some of their issues and create discussions around technical as well as cheerful topics. You will organize giveaways and competitions to generate attention for Stakin as a valuable community-oriented validator.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support our online presence on social media and chat platforms
• Interact with the communities, acting as the face and voice of our brand
• Deep dive into some of the PoS networks supported by Stakin
• Help diagnose and resolve issues encountered by users
• Develop engaging and unique content

Required Skills and Experience

• Great sense of humour
• Social media champion
• “People person” with great customer service skills
• Can work autonomously and proactively
• Passionate about blockchain technology
• Knowledgeable about Proof-of-Stake, staking, and DeFi
• Experienced with at least one of the networks supported by Stakin
• Have a good level of English
