The Finance team is looking for someone who is passionate about innovation and operational efficiency and has a roll-up-their-sleeves mentality to join our global team. We are looking for someone who can support billing and collections across a portfolio of customers by working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders. What you’ll do 

As the Billings & Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding accounts receivable balances from customers and all other aspects of billing and collections, including issuing invoices, resolving customer billing issues, and reducing accounts receivable delinquencies.

Responsibilities 

  • Monitor customer accounts for delinquencies and engage with customers and Sales to resolve payment issues
  • Ensure timely adherence to escalation procedures for past-due accounts
  • Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing processes
  • Provide customer service regarding collection issues, review and process account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies
  • Reduce delinquent accounts and monitor collection blockers
  • Creating and issuing invoices, processing and applying payments, creating and understanding reports, and performing reconciliations on customer accounts

Minimum Requirements 

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Billings & Collections Specialist
  • Have a strong knowledge of billing and collections procedures
  • Experience working in NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or other cloud-based ERP/CRM systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
