We are Taxtris, a tax automation & compliance platform that enables Web3 digital asset platforms (crypto exchanges, NFT platforms etc) to provide tax calculation and reporting to their end customers.

Role
We are looking for someone to tackle our growth and marketing strategy and deliver on it.
From branding, positioning and customer profiling all the way to content making strategy.
It will also lead to expanding the team and finding the right people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the content, brand, marketing and Social Media team
• Set a clear strategy and roadmap aligned with founders vision
• Increase brand awareness and engagement
• Work with sales and BizDev team to fuel growth
• Own SEO, Content, Social Media, Paid ads
• Scale the team by hiring and managing top performers

Profile

• 4+ years of experience in Growth and/or Marketing
• 2+ year of experience in leading teams in Growth and/or Marketing
• Strategic planning - turn business goals into strategies, turn ideas into actionable plans
• Marketing Channels expertise
• Experience in the Tech sector
• Team player
• Hands-on
• Fluent English, other languages are a plus
• Prefferably in EMEA region
