As a CRO Lead, you will be responsible for improving user experience and conversion rates across organic traffic sources. You will develop A/B testing strategies and work closely with product, design, and development teams to optimise on-site performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance user journeys and increase conversions from organic traffic.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to test hypotheses and improve on-page performance.
- Work closely with Organic Growth, Product, and UX teams to ensure a seamless and optimised user experience.
- Use data-driven insights to create recommendations for website and app improvements.
- Report on CRO performance and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRO, UX, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user behaviour insights.
- Familiarity with SEO and organic traffic acquisition.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
