Web3 Account Assistant

Overview

Creatorly (owned & operated by Mammoth Media) is the full-service platform of TikTok creators and consultants that helps brands strategically build their presence and audience on TikTok.

Mammoth Media is seeking to add a Strategic Account Manager to our team. The person for this role will build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients. They must communicate with clients regularly and resolve clients’ queries. Must showcase strong written and verbal communication skills and a team player.This is a remote, contracted position.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters - managing multiple accounts:
• Weekly and monthly reporting and deck updates
• Weekly meetings with the client to review the past week and set a goal for the upcoming week
• Address any and all concerns of the client
• Build & maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of weekly deliverables
• Clearly communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Proactively anticipate client needs and requests
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
• Weekly Manager check-ins, Daily recap emails

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with MS Office and Keynote
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while still maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Tiktok and Snapchat a plus
