Web3 AVP Marketing

We are looking for a performance marketer to scale to 10x our user base in a year.

Key Responsibilities: Working with CXO’s, product managers, and engineers to collaboratively own Growth for Vauld. Grow users from ecosystem through user segmentation, product cross-sell, and product offerings integration. Map out user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education, operation campaign Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliates collaboration Design reward systems to increase engagement, retention users and attract new customers

Preferred Requirements: The ideal candidate would come with 7-12 years of work experience, with a background in Ecommerce /Internet/Consumer Tech organizations. Hands-on experience with all aspects of online and digital marketing You have experience in owning growth for a product  You love to own end to end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production environment, and finally monitoring. 

Preferred: Previous B2C marketing experience in a product-based startup (preferably fintech/crypto/SaaS Experience scaling products from 0 to 1 and further product evolution Understands the cryptocurrency landscape
