Polymarket is looking for a creative and analytical Market Creator to join our team from anywhere in the world. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying trends and generating ideas for new prediction markets that engage and excite our users. 

What you'll do

• Develop new markets. You’ll research and develop ideas for new markets that align with current trends and user interests. • Analyze market data. You’ll analyze data from existing markets to understand user behavior and preferences, which will inform future market creations. • Collaborate with product teams. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to implement and launch new markets. • Engage with the community. You’ll interact with our user community to gather feedback and ideas for new markets. • Monitor market performance. You’ll monitor the performance of launched markets and make recommendations for improvements or new opportunities.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in market analysis or a related field • Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work remotely and manage projects independently • (Plus) Experience in fintech, blockchain, or prediction markets
