The Opportunity We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. This remote position is open to candidates from across Europe and the UK. Role Overview:As a Senior Developer on the Execution Services team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our connections to various cryptocurrency exchanges, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our trading systems.  Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust, high-performance connectivity solutions for multiple crypto exchanges Drive excellence in execution and market data connectivity while balancing time to market and exchange reliability Collaborate with trading teams to understand and meet their connectivity requirements Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our exchange integration systems Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cryptocurrency exchange APIs and protocols Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity issues in a fast-paced trading environment Set team strategy, plan workloads and act as the conduit connecting business priorities with team outcomes

The ideal candidate will have

Extensive experience in software development (ideally gained in a top tier HFT firm), with a focus on  order management and entry, or experience in market data will also be relevant for this role Strong knowledge of exchange APIs, websockets, and low-latency communication protocols Proficiency in relevant programming languages (C++ required, Python and Typescript beneficial) Excellent leadership and team management skills Deep understanding of low latency exchange connectivity and has led a team in this space Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
