We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial markets to everyone and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing team.Role We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive the development, integration, and delivery of secure, scalable financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with technical acumen and a solid understanding of fintech areas such as trading/brokerages, banking, payments, digital wallets, financial platforms, compliance, and regulatory requirements. As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver complex programs that improve customer experiences and support business growth. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams Continuously monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics Coordinate amongst cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners Facilitate technical and business discussions, and take notes to ensure informed decision-making Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications Monitor program performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics Support development and release cycles: production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and communication thereof to both internal and external partners Collaborate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners when required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in domains such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management 2+ years of experience in supporting fintech initiatives, such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services concepts Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, etc General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists, etc. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with embedded finance, financial APIs, crypto, trading/brokerages Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Understanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management practices PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environments  

We offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $145,000–$175,000, determined by experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
