- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor/service agreements, marketing agreements, and business partnership contracts.

Monitor regulatory developments that may directly or indirectly affect the companyās operations, and support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, license applications, and related documentation, as required.
- Liaise with external legal counsel on specific legal matters, including coordinating communications, compiling supporting materials, and implementing external legal recommendations.
- Maintain close coordination and regular communication with Legal Counsel and VP - LCG regarding the progress, status, and outcomes of all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements: - Bachelorās degree from reputable University is preferable;
- Proven English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency both in written and spoken;
- Have 1-2 years of proven experience working in a legal team;
- Preferably have proven experience of working in a law firm and a tech startup - crypto / financial industry will be an additional plus;
- Experienced in working with various stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment; and
- Have a good attitude, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and high initiatives.
