Tasks

Klink is seeking a Launchpad Manager to lead and manage the development, onboarding, and operations of our forthcoming crypto launchpad. This role is integral to ensuring the success of our launchpad by identifying high-potential projects, building relationships with stakeholders, and working closely with the founders, marketing, and tech teams to deliver successful launches. Role Responsibilities:

• Identify and source high-potential crypto projects to launch on the Klink Launchpad.
• Conduct due diligence on potential projects and manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
• Build and maintain relationships with blockchain projects, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to execute successful launches.
• Optimize operational processes for launchpad scalability and efficiency.
• Represent Klink at industry events to promote the launchpad and build connections.
• Provide regular updates on launchpad performance and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, operations, or launchpad management, preferably in the crypto space.
• Strong network and established connections within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
• Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and the crypto launchpad ecosystem.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
