Responsibilities
- Supporting Global Event Marketing team on all event related duties to include:
- Event coordination for both large and small scale events
- Provide on-site event support as needed
- Ticketing & guest list coordination
- Liaising with vendors
- Venue research
- Market research
- Ideating on social media engagement opportunities
- Tracking social media content from events Data entry and reporting
- Swag coordination
Requirements
- Attention to details and collaborative spirit are essential to the success of this role
- Strong organizational and effective communication skills to work with internal stakeholders
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets and Forms).Previous experience in event coordination and planning
- Appreciation of and adaptability to different countries’ cultures and work patterns Confidence to work autonomously
- Strong sense of self-accountability to set personal deadlines
