Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO’s right hand across company priorities — from investor communication and strategy reviews to board materials and operating plans
- Own special projects and cross-functional initiatives that don’t neatly fit into existing teams but are critical to company growth
- Manage critical workflows: meetings, information intake, decision-making cadence, internal processes, and external requests
- Help translate the CEO’s goals and ideas into structured plans with clear deliverables
- Prepare high-quality memos, decks, or presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Shadow the CEO in select meetings and synthesize action items, drive follow-through, and ensure next steps are completed
- Liaise across leadership, including Legal, Ops, Finance, and Product, to remove bottlenecks
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and emotional intelligence
Desired Experience
- 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-moving tech company
- Experience working directly with senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- A track record of handling complex, ambiguous, and high-pressure situations with calm and clarity
- Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, concise, and executive-ready
- Strong analytical thinking, research capabilities, and project management skills
- Ability to quickly grasp business models, organizational dynamics, and market trends
- Willingness to travel on short notice and thrive in a flexible, unstructured environment

- Interest in crypto, fintech, or tokenized real-world assets
- Exposure to legal, regulatory, or investor-related workflows
- Experience coordinating with high-profile stakeholders or public company CEOs
