About the role
We’re looking to hire an experienced, talented and committed Senior Product Analyst. This role directly reports to our Head of Business Intelligence in Nansen's BI team. This role is a unique opportunity to help Nansen grow and develop it's products
Your responsibilities
- Implementing product analytics (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap) and scaling up self-serve analytics for various teams like Marketing, Sales and Product
- Interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Designing, running and analysing A/B tests
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for Data, Frontend and Backend Engineers
- Manage and take responsibility for our customer data platform (e.g. Segment, RudderStack, mParticle), ensuring accurate tracking implementation by the engineers and managing the data taxonomy
- Enhance quantitative user behaviour analyses with qualitative insights derived from user studies
Your experience
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally 5+ years focusing in product, growth, and marketing analytics
- Proven track record of working with multiple product teams in fast growing digital start/scale-ups
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Familiarity with the OKR Framework - helped ideation, goal setting and measurement for multiple teams incl. Product, Engineering and Growth
