Blockaid is hiring a Web3 Field Marketing Manager

Role Overview
As a Field Marketing Manager at Blockaid, you'll drive our presence at industry events through creative, high-impact activations that prioritize meaningful brand experiences and connections over traditional booth setups. You'll create strategic opportunities for our sales team to engage with prospects and clients, orchestrate intimate events, and collaborate across teams to ensure our field marketing efforts directly support revenue goals.
Note: This position is in-person, four days a week, in Chelsea, NYC.
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage a calendar of strategic field marketing initiatives.
- Partner with business development to drive recruitment and follow up.
- Orchestrate exclusive dinners, VIP gatherings, and intimate events with target accounts.
- Execute creative non-booth activations that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Secure prime meeting spaces to connect with clients and prospects at trade shows.
- Partner with our community manager to organize happy hours and in-person workshops.
- Coordinate logistics for executive participation at key industry events.
- Identify speaking opportunities at high-value industry events for Blockaid executives.
- Manage relationships with event vendors, partners, and venues.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling promo materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in cyber, DevTools, or web3.
- Non-cookie-cutter thinking and desire to break free from big-SaaS playbooks.
- Experience executing creative brand activations that go beyond typical booths.
- Experience coordinating sales-focused meetings and environments at industry events.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solver who can maximize impact with efficient resource allocation.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel for events (approximately 15-20% travel).
- Blockchain/web3 knowledge is preferred but not required.
