About the role:

As a Growth Creative Lead you will take a crucial role in the Creative Team generating first class materials showcasing and advertising our world class products. We are looking for a Growth Creative Lead who is not only able to put his hands on and move quickly between statics, motion graphics, and creative ideas, but also to drive the team to higher creative standards for Crypto.com’s growth. You will be responsible for leading the team to design ranging from a giant elephant to a tiny ant. Team is remote working friendly.

Responsibilities:

• Create first class ads for a wide range of channels
• Communicate with Growth Team to generate creative ideas for online/ offline materials for growth campaigns, social media and events
• Provide creative guidance to team members
• You will explore, problem solve and communicate creative ideas to stakeholders in the form of visual explorations and inspiring presentations
• Communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to team lead, marketing and growth team
• Work closely with Growth and Creative team to build all materials Crypto.com needs

• Follow design and creative guidelines from Creative headquarter
• Point of communication between various teams internally, and vendors externally

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, creative media, advertising or related field
• 5+ years of experience with agency background
• Creativeness!
• Strong sense of advertising
• Experience with User Acquisition strategy, audience targeting and advertising platforms
• Able to analyse data and recommend art direction for target audiences
• Strong coordination skills with growth team, art directors, copywriters and designers
• Exceptional brand identity knowledge with solid brand campaign experiences
• Develop design project to enhance brand image
• Exceptional layout skills. I mean exceptional!
• High determination in building first-class materials
• A super fast learner with a “get things done” attitude
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to manage conflicting requirements from different stakeholders
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Humble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilities
• Proficiency in using Adobe Suite CC 2021 – Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Experience with illustration, printing knowledge, photo shooting, video shooting or 3D rendering? Advantage!
• A genuine passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is a plus
