Binance.US is hiring a Web3 Head of Institutional Sales

Binance.US is currently looking to hire its first Head of Institutional Sales. This role will report to the Chief Business Officer and is a great opportunity for business development professionals within crypto and financial services. This role will serve as a crucial leadership position (that includes management responsibilities) within a rapidly growing institutional sales organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage a growing team of Associate and Director level team members for Binance.US’ institutional sales segment
- Serve as a lead hiring manager for continued growth of Binance.US’ sales team
- Increase revenues across the entire Binance.US product lines
- Acquire and drive continued client relationships
- Represent Binance.US products and services externally in client meetings and at industry eventsUnderstand regional market microstructure and evolving competitor landscape
- Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders/Binance.US executives by working to keep them updated on overall institutional sales metrics
- Sales experience of 15+ years in a client-facing capital markets or fintech role of which at least 2 years involve Digital Assets
- 5+ years of both hiring and management experience (direct and matrix reports)
- Strong understanding of the complexities and challenges of financial markets and the crypto ecosystem
- Experience managing or leading the sales process - generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
- Strong knowledge of Custody, Trading, Lending, Staking and the prime brokerage business model, and its value proposition
- Genuine enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity of new concepts such as DeFi, staking, and NFTs
- Agility and appetite for learning new products/technology in a fast-developing environment
- Critical thinking, open communication, and ownership mentality
