SuperLayer is hiring a Web3 Head of Integrated Marketing

RLY Network Association is a non-profit that supports the infrastructure and development of the RLY Network and powers an ecosystem of projects including Rally.io, Unite.io, and SuperLayer.io. The RLY Network Association oversees a $108 million community treasury that was raised by the RLY community in 2020-2021. RLY Network Association is responsible for the RLY Protocol, our tokenized software suite, as well as distributing financial grants to Web3 projects.
Our growing team is looking to bring on a Marketing leader who is well-versed in all of the tried and true marketing methods for growing a market presence. This leader knows how to build a brand and generate demand by managing the website, publishing thought leadership, managing our news/blog, advertisements, communications, social, social ads, event sponsorship, event production (digital and IRL), and more. The ideal candidate is ready to experiment with Web3 marketing strategies that will facilitate thoughtful and effective growth of the RLY brand.
The decentralized RLY Network includes many other adjacent stakeholders and projects, so this leader will be collaborating with other marketing leaders across the protocol to help aggregate and amplify their case studies and showcase network highlights. We want to bring on a highly collaborative, energetic, thoughtful, and curious leader who can think strategically and execute effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
In this role you will…
- Spearhead our Marketing strategy with a focus on attracting and converting developers and projects to adopt the RLY Protocol, our Web3 suite of tokens, economic solutions, and $RLY coin
- Connect in a meaningful and sustainable way directly with developers through integrated marketing strategies
- Showcase the vibrant and growing RLY Network, which comprises products and apps on social, gaming, media, entertainment, sports –all of which use the RLY Protocol, our Software Suite.
- Be responsible for growing market awareness, developer engagement and conversion, network growth, and increasing developer advocacy
- Manage and attend Web3 industry events to promote visibility, sponsorships, and other marketing campaigns
To be a good fit for us you have…
- 10 years of Digital Marketing experience, ideally marketing to developers in a B2B capacity, with at least 2 years of Web3 marketing experience
- Experienced in marketing to developers, either in a developer relations role, developer marketing, or similar
- Experience marketing consumer applications a plus
- A self-starter who executes like crazy across multiple projects and maintains clarity and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to think strategically but eager to also be hands-on and build from scratch
- Metrics driven: using data to report on what’s working, and where to alter course
- A demonstrated ability to work well in small teams, operate in open space with the ability to set your own direction, and assess and prioritize opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
