<span > We are seeking an experienced Prime Sales & Trading Manager to lead Bitsoâs newly integrated Prime Sales Team. In this dual-capacity "Player-Coach" role, you will lead by example: you will serve as the trusted gateway to the crypto economy for a select portfolio of HNWI/UHNWI and institutional clients, while simultaneously managing the daily operations and strategy of the Prime Sales Team.
Your goal is to drive revenue not only by managing your own high-value portfolio but also by leading the sales trading function. You will oversee the end-to-end trading and settlement lifecycle, ensuring a bespoke, "white-glove" experience that mirrors top-tier Private Banking while navigating the operational complexities of crypto settlements.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with the polish and discretion required to manage high-value relationships. In our fast-paced environment, you will be a catalyst for growth, identifying and capturing opportunities within the private wealth sector. Working closely with stakeholders across the company (including Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations), you will ensure a frictionless, secure, and exclusive experience for our most discerning clients.
This role is perfect for a professional with a passion for crypto assets and a background in crypto sales & trading, private banking, wealth management, or prime brokerage. Your work will be fundamental to bridging the gap between traditional wealth preservation and the future of finance.

Who You Are
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in Crypto/Digital Assets Sales & Trading, Private Banking, or Prime Brokerage.
- Required: Around 2+ years of experience in a team lead or managerial capacity, or a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior traders.
- Trading & Settlement Expertise: You must possess deep technical knowledge of the trading lifecycle. This includes understanding the specific mechanics of OTC trading, the gap between execution and settlement, counterparty risk, and custody nuances.
- Track Record: Proven success in acquiring and managing HNWI portfolios and a history of meeting revenue targets.
- Sales Hygiene & Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage both a personal sales pipeline and the team's aggregate performance using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Communication: Sophisticated communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts to high-net-worth audiences and to report strategy clearly to internal leadership.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

What You Will Do
- Team Leadership & Desk Management
- Player-Coach Leadership: Lead the integrated Prime Sales & Trading and OTC functions. You will balance your time between driving your own sales targets and managing the performance and development of the Team.
- Talent Development: Mentor and support the current team (starting with one direct report) with the expectation to scale the team as business volume grows. Provide guidance on complex deal structuring, negotiation, and market analysis.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate broader company goals into actionable sales and trading strategies for the team, ensuring alignment with Compliance, Legal, and Product.
- End-to-End Trading & Settlement Lifecycle
- Lifecycle Mastery: Oversee the complete lifecycle of the trade beyond just execution. You must manage the critical differences between trade execution and final settlement, gracefully handling timing disparities and liquidity management.
- Operational Risk Management: Actively monitor and manage the risks associated with counterparties holding funds. You will be responsible for mitigating settlement friction and ensuring capital safety during the clearing process.
- Client Expectations: Manage sophisticated client expectations regarding settlement mechanics, explaining the nuances of crypto liquidity and banking rails to ensure a seamless experience.
- Client Ownership & Portfolio Growth
- Direct Sales: Drive the full client lifecycle for your own book of HNWI, UHNWI, and Family Offices, from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot, while also monitoring the aggregate pipeline of the desk to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated partner and advisor for your private clients, understanding their wealth management needs deeply and executing their trades with speed and discretion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Process Optimization: Work closely with KYC, Legal, and Operations to streamline the onboarding experience, specifically navigating Source of Funds and complex wealth structures.
- Product Feedback: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to identify high-potential segments and provide structured feedback on client demands, specifically regarding OTC product features and settlement flows.
- Performance Tracking: Track KPIs regarding net revenue and recurring customers for both your personal portfolio and the wider team, providing regular updates to senior management.
