Web3 Marketing Lead

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic marketing professional who has executed successful marketing initiatives and has built communities in the crypto space. You must be passionate about DeFi, comfortable with working in a fast paced environment and highly motivated towards continuous execution and setting goals.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation and User Engagement. Experience in Public Relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content and branding: Create content and messaging for a wide array of audiences that have varying levels of knowledge and exposure to crypto across all social media channels
• Marketing strategy: Plan and execute Umee’s overall marketing and content strategy and coordinate with design, product, and operations with an experimental and analytical approach; design, build and maintain our social media presence; brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Market Analytics: Identify trends and insights, while optimizing spend and performance based on the insights

Requirements

• Deep understanding of crypto marketing and the DeFi ecosystem is a must
• Experience with running crypto communities on Twitter, Telegram and Discord
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and community management
• Self motivated, thrives in a startup environment and relentlessly executes
• Passion for DeFi; an active power user is a plus
