We’re looking for talented marketers to bring their storytelling, content and campaign management skills to our newly-formed Employer Brand team at Kraken. Partnering with Recruiters and hiring teams, you’ll bring to life and communicate our story to drive interest and engagement in our company, teams and roles. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and scale your impact within a company in hyper-growth and an industry changing the world.

The Employer Brand team at Kraken The newly-formed Employer Brand team exists to build Kraken’s reputation as the number one employer in Crypto to attract and retain the most skilled, diverse and mission-driven people in tech. Working across the full candidate journey, we’ll be helping Kraken to scale at speed. You’ll report to the Head of Employer Brand and play an important part in shaping what we build and how we bring the Kraken story to life. There’s a huge opportunity for your role and remit to grow with us as we build our team from scratch.
