We are looking for an experienced DeFi Strategist to help design advanced liquidity management algorithms and optimize investment pools for our crowdfunding platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a theoretical framework for liquidity pool mechanisms that allow users to easily enter and exit a global investment pool using stablecoins (e.g., USDC).
• Design strategies for maintaining a dynamic liquidity reserve to support user withdrawals without disrupting long-term project funding.
• Propose optimized yield distribution strategies for investments with 25-30 year horizons.
• Collaborate with our in-house smart contract engineers to translate theoretical models into actionable code.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols (e.g., Jupiter, Uniswap, Aave, Balancer) and liquidity management.
• Expertise in tokenomics, yield farming models, and fractionalized investments.
• Strong background in financial engineering and algorithm design for decentralized platforms.
• Ability to analyze and propose risk management strategies for long-term investments.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex DeFi concepts and strategies to our technical team.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of real-world asset tokenization and sustainable finance.
• Prior experience working on DeFi projects in the Solana ecosystem.
