<span >As a People Operations Analyst, your role is to optimize our HR processes for a seamless employee journey. Lead HR system management, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to a smooth life cycle from pre-onboarding to terminations.

Who You Are
- 1-2 years of experience in HR/People teams for a fast-growing, global company.
- Experience with HR systems and data handling, specializing in managing HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Bamboo experience is a plus.
- Experience meticulously maintaining and auditing processes for data accuracy.
- Familiarity with HR regulations in at least one of the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia (beneficial but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills, emphasizing data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams, paired with a proactive problem-solving approach. Accountable and autonomous, ensuring task ownership for successful outcomes.
- Adaptable to change, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and frustration.
What You Will Do
- Lead HRIS administration, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience aligned with global policies.
- Proactively maintain accurate and secure employee data through audits and cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify, implement, and streamline HR process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Serve as the go-to team member, providing day-to-day HR support for employees.
- Assist in data audits, compliance audits and filings, payroll processing, and benefits.
- Document team processes to enhance transparency and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with vendors , ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery.
- Oversee the maintenance and follow-up on team data dashboards, ensuring accuracy and optimizing their functionality.
- Own the full employee lifecycle, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, contracts, documentation, incidents, and terminations.
