The Role
You’ll design the visuals that power acquisition and retention: paid ads, landing pages, lifecycle emails, app visuals, social, and partner/affiliate kits. Fast hands, strong taste, and a growth mindset required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growth Creatives: Build static/video ad sets for iterative testing (hooks, formats, aspect ratios).
- Web & LPs: Collaborate in Figma/Webflow to ship conversion-focused landing pages.
- Lifecycle & CRM: Design Braze email/push/in-app visuals and content card assets.
- Brand System: Evolve design guidelines for global/local rollouts (Brazil PIX, MENA).
- Motion & Social: Short animations, product explainers, and social templates for speed.
- Asset Ops: Organize export specs, naming, and versioning for agency/affiliate partners.
What You'll Bring
- 3–6 years in growth/marketing design at a tech or fintech brand/agency.
- Strong Figma and Adobe CC; motion (After Effects/Premiere or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating performance impact (CTR/CVR lift).
- Comfort working from briefs + data; quick iteration cycles.
