Job description
We are looking for highly motivated social media marketing and crypto enthusiasts (internship, part-time, freelancing, or other working models possible) to become an integral part of our marketing department. From the beginning, you will learn from and work side by side with our external partner (one of the world’s largest advertising and marketing firms). In tandem, and (with more time in this role) independently, you have the opportunity to become the architect and facilitator of the enticing Idoru community, in such that you:

• assist (and lead) with a variety of marketing tactics and initiatives
• create and publish different forms of innovative and engaging content on all social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Discord…) to build and grow an audience, a following, and brand awareness
• have reoccurring close interactions with the CEO of Idoru
• identify, onboard new, and manage influencers and multiple individuals to optimally reach the audience interested in Idoru Capital Management and the Idoru Token
• regularly review the performance of your campaigns conducted and drive proper actions to improve related key metrics. Mid- to long-term, your responsibilities increase to other forms of media, such as setting up podcasts, managing media inquiries, and handling further PR-related tasks.

Requirements / Who are we looking for?

• Must: full proficiency in English
• Breathing social media and being very comfortable with its different platforms
• Experience with content creation (graphic design software, video editing, copywriting, …)
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Self-driven, target-oriented, with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude and a love for challenges in a changing environment
• Preferably a degree in marketing, business administration, communications, brand management, or adequate experience
• Preferably professional experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, affiliate management, or the like
• Passion for the crypto industry, crypto social sphere, and some sort of (at least private) experience related to it (a little less experience in PR and marketing may be compensated for by your knowledge in and passion for crypto)
• We are opening our new office in Tallinn, Estonia in mid-2022. Until then, all positions are remote. However, a general willingness to relocate to Estonia’s capital city (by then) is a plus.
