As the Regulatory Relations Lead, you are responsible for communications with our licensed entity regulatory supervisors across Anchorage Digital for day-to-day matters including pending applications, regulatory coordination mechanisms, remediations status (if applicable), and exam management processes to address the regulatory requirements of all relevant regulatory authorities. You are recognized as a subject matter expert in regulatory relations and are pivotal to the success of Anchorage Digital’s regulatory interactions more broadly.

You are responsible for devising and implementing well-coordinated regulatory reporting and engagement mechanisms; designing and causing the production of actionable management reporting in connection with regulator- and Board-facing materials; and generally coordinating streamlined regulatory, Board, and senior management interactions.

You bring a knowledge of best practices in regulatory relations with strong writing, policy development, and project management skills. You build effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, Board members, cross-functional partners, and regulators, and are regarded as a trusted advisor in regulatory relations across the firm.

You manage the Regulatory Relations function, will develop a small team which you will manage, and define priorities and team goals aligned with Anchorage Digital’s larger strategy, and will effectively manage each team member through accountability, performance management and mentoring to help each member reach his/her full potential.

    • A demonstrated aptitude for driving complex initiatives, optimizing workflows, and enhancing efficiency through structured project execution, often leveraging project management principles (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) and tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Linear).
    • You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
