We are looking for a Partner Success Associate/Manager that will work alongside teams building the future of GameFi on Avalanche. This role will be an integral part of our ecosystem as an Ava Labs point of contact for our gaming partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Act as main point of contact for gaming project support (e.g. engineering, marketing, product)
• Create systems and processes to scale support across ecosystem
• Grow partnerships with members of the gaming industry
• Collaborate and align with internal product teams to ensure regulatory compliance and relay partner feedback
• Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Optimize and maintain electronic document systems as needed
• Develop and sustain a high level of professionalism among staff and clientele
• Provide assistance to the business development team as needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelor's degree
• Customer/partner success experience
• Experience in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of crypto/DeFi market
• Knowledge of the gaming industry
• Detail oriented
• Great written/verbal communication
