As an Accounting Operations Team member, you will play a key role in supporting our finance and accounting operations, gaining hands-on experience in various accounting processes and systems. This position is ideal for a student who is looking to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world environment and develop their professional skills in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing and recording of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Engage in data entry and maintenance of financial records in our accounting software.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Help in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
