Job Responsibilities:

• Approach KOLs/influencers and run marketing campaigns from scratch
• Penetrate into high networth, yield farmers, institutional focused groups
• Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate further expansion
• Deploy marketing campaigns in multiple well-established crypto communities from ideation to execution
• Be responsible for Binance Earn TVL and active user growth through effective communication and campaigns
• Identify market and users needs, design product offerings and work with product managers to implement and launch it to the market
• Work with the central data team to provide market and competitive intelligence, monitor KPI and competitor movements to formulate overall product, marketing and operation strategy

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence
• Experienced in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, facilitating AMA, running marketing)
• Existing strong network with crypto community, KOLs/influencers is a huge plus
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain trends, and a strong interest in crypto, web3 culture is a must
• Basic marketing and growth experience is a must
