Responsibilities

• Monitor the day-to-day custody operational activities and coordinate between internal and external parties to resolve issues and handle complaints
• Partner with internal partners (Corporate Treasury, Compliance, Sales) as well as external partners via proper business outsourcing processes to ensure the operational processes are enabling business growth in an efficient manner
• Structure risk management approach to enhance governance and structure of daily operations
• Assess business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation ideas
• Ensure that operations of the company conforms to established regulations
• Maintain delivery and execution of services in line with client service level agreements
• Manage the local team

Requirements

• At least 5 – 10 years of experience in FX / prime brokerages / investment banking / capital markets, ideally with experience or exposure to crypto exchange markets
• At least 1 – 2 years of experience managing a team
• Start-up experience & entrepreneurial mentality and ownership mindset
• Strong understanding of exchange operations and/or crypto custodial services (order book, liquidity, risk management)
• Effective communicator
• Able to work independently, but also collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions
