Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and uplift the quality of existing products, identifying and resolving deficiencies;
- Proactively suggest product enhancements based on thorough analysis;
- Drive improvements in product quality for elevated customer experiences;
- Assess and optimize the performance of AI and Machine Learning models;
- Systematically document, prioritize, and address testing anomalies and defects;
- Develop and oversee a robust Quality Planning strategy;
- Collaborate with the Product Development team for seamless project delivery;
- Identify and alleviate bottlenecks in quality assurance processes;
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects and quality data collection;
- Establish and track key KPIs for product quality;
- Prepare and present comprehensive quality reports to Senior Management.
Job Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of the customer support lifecycle and platforms;
- Proficiency in automation processes and methodologies;
- Knowledge of networking, AI, LLM, NLP technologies;
- Experience with various programming languages;
- Strong analytical skills for data and trend analysis;
- In-depth understanding of our company’s structure and dynamics.

- Demonstrated leadership and accountability;
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities;
