About the role
As an Application Support Engineer, you will support solutions to ensure high performance and SLA on key services across the Crypto.com ecosystem.
The role balances business knowledge, technical skills, troubleshooting expertise and excellent soft skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum uptime for multiple production systems
- Work closely with development team, business users and external vendors to investigate and resolve production issues and prevent future occurrences
- Utilize third party tools or build in-house tools to monitor, automate or support operations and administration tasks
- Continuously improve operation documentation and support handbook
- A strong interest in working in technology and/or financial environments
- Experience in supporting high performance systems
- Familiar with application monitoring and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge or experience with AWS is a plus
- Knowledge or experience of Redis, Kafka, New Relic is a plus
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior position
