We are looking for an Associate to join the Crypto.com Strategy & New Ventures team, with a focus on portfolio management.

This role focuses on investment portfolio management, with opportunities to branch into other strategic topics, e.g., business planning. What makes this role exciting:
- Work closely with investments - You will have full visibility on selected portfolios and monitor/analyze our portfolio performance.
- Deliver insights that help drive key decisions - You will make recommendations on critical decisions, such as portfolio rebalancing and new investment opportunities.
Learn something new every day - The crypto space is constantly evolving, with new subject areas and investment opportunities springing up almost every day.
What we are looking for
- Experience in portfolio management with a strong financial acumen, e.g., work experience in asset management, fund portfolio management, and/ or personal experience in investing. Finance-related credentials are a plus but not required (e.g., CPA, CFA). Knowledge with Decentralized Finance (De-Fi) is preferred but not required;
- Proficient in Excel analysis, i.e., familiar with common functions (such as LOOKUP, pivot table) and data visualization. Knowledge of VBA is a plus but not required;
- Proficient in oral & written English, with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin a plus but not required;
- Strong ownership mindset, with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
