Apply for this job
The regional area for this role covers Australasia, and South East Asia; with some additional coverage in other areas of Asia as regulations permit.

As a regional Growth Partnerships Manager, you will be an individual contributor with hands-on responsibility for our network of affiliates, influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in your region. You will be the point of contact in your regional area for implementing product marketing campaigns and launching partnership initiatives.

Reporting to the Global VP for Growth Partnerships, your role will sit within the Growth team. You will have autonomy in your regional area to make decisions about which partners you work with, and how you develop regionally applicable campaigns. You will work with your manager to create a personal development plan, ensuring that you continue to have the skills and knowledge to excel in your career.

Your primary focus will be on delivering measurable improvements in KPIs by developing and implementing initiatives that meet your regional partnership targets. You’ll be building influencer campaigns alongside our product and marketing teams, to ensure that new features, product releases and marketing campaigns are effectively picked up and adapted for our influencer partners. You’ll then create post-campaign analysis to advise on improvements for future campaigns - presenting these to the other members of the team to share best practices.

From time-to-time you may be asked to represent Crypto.com at partnership and industry events within your regional area; with the aims of  meeting with new partners, developing partner relationships, and having valuable conversations with industry peers.

    • Act as the initial point of contact for partnership escalations in your region, managing relationships with affiliates, influencers and KOLs.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to send regular regionally-applicable newsletters to your partners, with support from our agency
    • Work closely with our external agency to design, implement and optimise partner campaigns - ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional partnerships, working closely with our agency to prioritise projects and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Respond to briefs from product marketing teams and support them in designing appropriate partner support for new products and features.

    • Use tools like Tableau, Impact.com and Google Analytics to measure partnership performance on a daily basis
    • Report against KPIs and generate data-driven insights to refine your initiatives, partnerships and strategy.
    • Provide regular, actionable, reporting to various stakeholders to support agile decision making and continuous improvement.
    • Deliver pitches for incremental budget to support brand awareness, marketing campaigns and product launches, to the VP of Growth Partnerships and SVP Growth.
