Purpose & Scope: Ex Populus is striving to bring joy to people around the globe with the world’s most compelling games and entertainment at the highest level possible. We are determined to work with the next generation of elite content creators and enable their vision by partnering as a leading business partner.
What You'll Do:

• Be the chief representative of the business’s interests on the development team
• Own features and processes; ensuring the team is aligned throughout development
• Act as the primary communication point between multiple teams, departments, and stakeholders
• Ensure that project objectives, strategies and designs are executed while adhering to the development timeline and budget
• Identify and communicate roadblocks and align the team to overcome various hurdles and challenges. Assist launches by ensuring marketing and external partners are aware of game content and development milestones
• Facilitate team meetings to evaluate designs, track tasks, coordinate reviews, resolve workflow obstacles
• Own the playtesting and feedback pipeline, ensuring developers and stakeholders are aware of project status
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• 2-3 years of project management experience within the gaming industry
• Deep understanding of gaming content and game development lifecycle
• Significant experience with Agile methodologies Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
• Passionate gamer (a plus)
